Strawberry's and a little thrifting

Some of my recent purchases from Strawberry's:
I thought this headband would be good for taming the crazy hair that I'm probably going to have in Italy. I'm not too sure how the my hair is going to mix with the elements and the hustle and bustle of traveling.

I picked up this cute summer scarf, again with Italy in mind. I thought it would be smart to wear when we visit religious sites. Your shoulders and knees have to be covered in order to enter these sites but it's going to be scorching hot so I'm just planning ahead.
I've been looking for a plain woven brown belt like this for a while now. I'm so happy I finally found one!
This shirt looks like crap on the hanger but on, cinched with a belt it's a really cute off the shoulder top. My husband looked at me like I was crazy when he saw it. He told me I could just wear one of his t-shirts because it's about the same size.

There's a high-end consignment shop that I like to visit every once in a while. I got some great deals during this trip.

Coach sneakers for only $20 (marked down form $40, retailed for $98)!
Normally, I wouldn't buy shoes second hand but it doesn't even look like they were ever worn!
Abercrombie & Fitch tank top: $3.00

Don't you love thrift shopping?!

  1. I have never thrift shopped before, but everyone seems to find amazing things when they do! A girl that was at my friends bridal shower said she shopped at the Salvation Army ALL the time, especially on Wednesday's when everything is 50% off. I guess I should start thrift shopping. I love your coach sneakers, VERY cute!

  2. Great thrift scores! I know, I actually got the idea of pickign out a special wedding day perfume from seeing your one perfume pic!!

  3. love everything you found, yes I am crazy about thrift shopping...pretty much all I do now. Sorry it took me so long to respond, I got the PINK crop tee in my post a couple months ago. They should still have them :) Hope you have a lovely weekend! xoxo Kelly
